Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation Requests: Clients may request to cancel a project by providing written notice to Suyaptech Solutions. Cancellations are reviewed individually based on the project’s stage and complexity.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally applicable if cancellation is requested at the initial stages. If substantial work has already been completed, partial refunds may be considered based on the extent of services rendered.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as deposits or consultation charges, may be non-refundable. We will communicate any non-refundable charges before starting a project.

Review Process: Each cancellation request is evaluated thoroughly, and a refund decision is shared within a specified timeframe. We ensure transparency throughout the process and aim to reach fair resolutions.

Exceptions: Projects terminated due to a breach of terms by the client may not be eligible for refunds.
